About the Role:New Britain General is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for our Medical Surgical units across multiple hours and shifts.Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at New Britain General, you will have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license, using research, innovation, and evidence-based practices.Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.Requirements:
  • Current Connecticut RN License required within 90 days of hire.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
  • BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum one year of experience in recent Acute Care RN experience required.What We Offer:
