in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.
The client for this project is the NYS Office of General Services

Responsibilities
Office Manager/Administrative Assistant - Requesting assistance in
the Division of Design for various administrative duties to assist
with operations of the unit.
--- Manage meeting schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
for staff
--- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
--- Maintain organized and accurate staff records and databases
(seating charts, staff organizational charts, etc.)
--- Order and maintain office supply inventory
--- Submit and reconcile expense reports
--- Provide general support to visitors
--- Assist with taking meeting notes
--- General project filing and document organization
Qualifications
Compensation details: 21-25 Hourly Wage
